1. Subscriptions & Payments
All payments for InSpiritMemora subscriptions are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
InSpiritMemora does not store or process your payment details directly.
2. Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store must be requested directly from Apple. Please visit Apple’s Refund Page.
Refunds for purchases made through the Google Play Store must be requested directly from Google. Please visit Google Play Refunds.
InSpiritMemora cannot provide cash refunds or override the policies of Apple or Google.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are typically only granted in cases of accidental purchases, technical issues, or where required by law.
Subscription cancellations stop future payments but do not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
