1. Subscriptions & Payments

  • All payments for InSpiritMemora subscriptions are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • InSpiritMemora does not store or process your payment details directly.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store must be requested directly from Apple. Please visit Apple’s Refund Page.

  • Refunds for purchases made through the Google Play Store must be requested directly from Google. Please visit Google Play Refunds.

  • InSpiritMemora cannot provide cash refunds or override the policies of Apple or Google.

3. Eligibility

  • Refunds are typically only granted in cases of accidental purchases, technical issues, or where required by law.

  • Subscription cancellations stop future payments but do not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
